Eligibility:
All 4 year College Sr. Players who has played their last eligible
College game
1st Sr's of the most recent season in question
2nd those who have graduated in the past 5 years of year
in question.
3rd. Those who have played 4 years of college football, and
needed to fill spots.

This game is a PLAYER RAN BOWL, where you can show case
your talents to the Scouts and Agents that will be invited.
Most of all it is a game to CONGRATULATE
you. The bowl game taping will be sent to
all NFL teams.
We have an incentive program for you to make some funds
from this event too and a partnership contract. This is
not illegal if you have played your final eligibility year
for college. You can make $$ from each
ticket, referrals to other businesses to the event and from
the bowl.
Registration is sell 9 reserve tickets and it will cover
your jersey, lodging, insurance and a little of the expenses.

Contact us soon to get your nomination form (nomination
deadline is soon) so it can be turned in before the selection
of players which is made and notified the week after the
NFL draft. Though this is an open Bowl we can only select
720 players maximum and make up
16 teams at the most for the 7-10
day event which 3-4 of those are for the modified games
(working format so you can play at least 75-90 minutes over
the 3-4 days). We’ll need a good email from you to get the
documents to you that has to be reviewed and filled out,
especially the nomination form. Come and participate because
the NFL will only draft 224 players on the next draft and
most of the time is all about timing of their needs.

| Requirements:
College Sr's must be
able to bring their College School Helmet, Pants(not
necessary, if can't)& Football Pads
(Must fill out nomination form with recommedation by a staff
college coach at your shool & Career stats on nomination
form). If you
need college helmet ordered from a dealer it will be an extra
cost. you might pick up a sponsor for the game. This
means you need to provide us with some stats. other items
needed too.

Travel. Get yourself to the event.
Game format:
There will
be 5-16 teams (based on # of All-stars register) Players will
play for their Home State, as seen on college roster, or will
be put on other sqauds to fill in empty positions (in most
cases this will be an At Large Team, i.e. Atlantic/ Pacific,
West/East, Mid South, Mid-West an etc. TEAMS) Teams will be
placed in Round Robin divisions and will play each team in
a Jamboree style tournament. Each game will be 15 minutes
played over 2-3days. It will be the power of the Director
to schedule you 75 minutes of action time, at least and hoping
for 90. The last Day of play will be a play-off (seeded) bracket
play, to determine the Bowl Champions.
Awards: All
bowl teams named in 1A, 1AA, D2, D3, & NAIA for the following
positions-- OFF> QB, RB, WR/WB, TE, OL, C DEF> DT, DE,
ILB, OLB, SS, DB, Speciality> Punter, Kicker, Defender,
Returner, Long Snapper, Utility Plyr. Honorable mentions
will be named too Positions could
be vacant...... All
Bowl team (over-all) will only be named in the above positions
&Defensive player of the Bowl, Offensive Player of the
Bowl, MVP, the 12th player & The Sportsman of the Bowl
Positions could be vacant. Honorable
mentions will be named too. Highest
award, awarded...... Rules of detmernination--
Spectators will nominate players on nomination form in Media
program guide. (Guide must be purchased @$5-$10
price) The top 4 nominations in each Division and Position
will be voted on by a Bowl Award Committe. 12th player award>
voted on by Coaches. Sportsman> voted on by Officials &
Coaches. Defesnvive, Offensive Players, MVP voted on by Players.
MVP is determined by the most votes from Def & Off. player
votes. All Ties will be decided by Bowl Award Committee.
Combine: There will be a one
day short combine and recognition for the best results.
